4. No min order for self-pick up at Blk 188 Pasir Ris St 12.

5. Delivery service is between S$8.00 to S$15.00 per location.

6. Additional delivery charges of S$3.00 to CBD, Sentosa, and Commercial/Office Address.

7. NO delivery to Jurong Island, NO shipping outside Singapore.

8. Upon placing order, you have read and agreed with all the conditions stated on the web.
